Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach

As head coach of Wellesley's cross country and track & field teams, I look to enrich the lives of our student athletes by providing them with skills and opportunities to help them excel athletically, academically and personally. Our team stresses individual achievement within a solid team environment and focuses on developing leadership, confidence and discipline in each of our student athletes.

It is particularly rewarding for me to watch student athletes grow over their collegiate careers, challenging themselves in ways they never imagined when arriving on campus as a first year students. Coaches are often the only faculty or staff members that spend quality time with their students on an almost daily basis, season after season, across their entire collegiate career. My own college coaches helped enrich and broaden my academic career, and I am honored to do the same at Wellesley College.

I enjoy running, cycling, backpacking, and canoeing with my family and friends, and am an avid Boston sports fan
