Let the visiting commence!
You want to visit! Excellent. We’d love to meet you. Here’s what you can do:
👟🙋 Information Session and Student-Led Tour: Experience the Wellesley College campus with an information session and a student-led tour. Your time on campus will begin with a 30-minute information session given by an admission counselor followed by a 60-minute campus tour with a current student. This tour highlights the Wellesley community, academic offerings, and student life through each student’s unique perspective. The admission counselor will also be available after your tour to answer any lingering questions you may have!
👟🗺️ Self-Guided Tour: Stroll through Wellesley's historic, 500-acre campus at your own pace. Ft. dorms, academic buildings, the student center, and lots of gorgeous views. You choose the time and complete the self-guided tour at your own pace. Hint: it takes about an hour to complete the tour.
👟👥 Group Visit: Have a large group and want to see Wellesley? We are able to accommodate between 10 and 45 students for group visits, and we require one chaperone for every 10 students. The group visit experience centers around a student-led tour, and depending on your needs, we can work with you to further customize your time on campus! More information on group visits, including how to request a group visit, can be found on this page.
And if you have questions about visiting us in person, we have plenty of answers for you!

For High School Seniors
Access the Wellesley Experience
Wellesley is a place for leaders, barrier-breakers, and bridge-builders. If you are a local student (from the greater Boston area!) who feels like this describes you, then we hope you consider applying to our in-person college access program: Access the Wellesley Experience (or AWE, because colleges do love acronyms!). AWE is a full day program designed specifically for local high school seniors who may be first generation to college, low income, or who come from a background or family historically excluded from higher education.
During AWE, you will learn about Wellesley, selective admission, affordability, the liberal arts and sciences, and so much more. Your time on campus will focus on community and belonging, and we hope you’ll come away from the experience empowered to navigate the college admission process.
